well as you can see it's blue he probably had some gear and just either enchanted it or socketed it (idk if sockets give attributes)
but you see he has the unearthly set which also gives bonuses, and according to these gloves he gets +43 agi just from it, so if the others have +43 too and you'd just multiply by the amount maybe say 8? idk lol..easy 344 right there.

edit: ofc all this is from my past experience with diablo.

and lookin from the set he has 5 piece so 5x40 is already 200 + another 17x5 = 85 so maybe that would possibly factor in. anything else i have no idea lol xD
