im looking to receive it as steam gift. I can offer some stuff like fg or dota2 invites (got tons of them)

if this is against any rules just ignore/ delete my post.

It is against the rules. For future reference though about dota 2, everybody has invites now. They can't even give them away fast enough in the dota 2 section.
