When I press 'm' and bring the mini-map overlay to the center, left, or right, is there a way I can move the map overlay and see area's of the map that are cut off?

Press the arrow keys... And u can browse all maps..

Never been able to move the map overlay as well but i live well with this since most of time i play as a mage and tele quickly.
