i honestly dont know as i never tried it yet..i doubt you could survive tho...well,maybe if you have items with massive hp regen but i dont know if its possible to recover this much.

If it (like other pots) prevents you from drinking health potions while active then you'll be in deep trouble drinking this =)

you get this potion if you complete caclespit's quest in the 3rd act. it drains constantly your life over 13 minutes, i tried it just for fun nothing interestingbesides that.

haha when iam gonna do the quest its potion of friend XD but i didint have any life regen on my gear lol maybe wait at lvl 100 or somthing like that whit alot of healt

doubt you will get passed over 200k hp

It's doable with some giant blood ambers.
