What stat should I put on my berserker? And what skill should I use? (I die a LOT on NG+)

both my zerkers are melee... evicserate \ raze \ shadow burst, and passives.
shield \ sword with life per hit, actually selling my gear if you need any.
1 is a 97 Hardcore elite
other is 100 ng ++++
