So, I have an emberquake engi, and I have some "+Fire Dmg" Enchantments on my weapon.. Do those enchantment increase my emberquake dmg? Or just add fire dmg to the weapon?

I believe it boosts all fire dmg.

Anything + Fire Damage in any way benefits all types of fire damage.

Increases all fire damage.
Increases burn damage.

% dps skills also add base weapon damages but not sure how its calculated.
