Ok so bought that Boon Scroll off that guy.

So people Know:


Anyone can access it in game once its popped.

Pro:
All items have sets so great for enchanting crappy items.


Cons:
Items were only level 17 when I opened him.


SO either:

Opening in the correct Act Matters.
There may be different tier scrolls, but it was labeled I , II, or III.
Or where it was found?

I think it depends on character level, as I opened it on my lvl 100 there was only lvl 50-100 items for sale.

found mine at about lvl 20 in act2 and opened it at lvl 56 the vendor had a bunch of the level 50 unique set items on it

on my lvl 100 zerker i got lvl 85-95 set tiems. harbringer set \ savage set etc...

Imo there worthless to buy but kinda cool to see what you get once you pop em.

actually just tried something....they seem to go up in item lvl in farther acts...tried in act 1 and got lvl 30-50 stuff. went into mapworks area and 85-95 items.
