How're you guys building your Embermages? Currently I am focusing a lot on my Storm tree, using Prismatic Bolts and Storm Locus, as well as the Lightning Brand passive for the extra damage. Then I use Hailstorm from the Frost tree. I got that to Tier I for the bonus Electric damage. This is working very well for me, but I am planning on making another Embermage, but with a different skill/stat build. So, I want to know what you guys use and maybe see what I can do for my next Embermage build.

Death's bounty a must on every embermage for survivability/ mana leech. Prismatic bolt is great and works wonderful as well. Elemental boon also a must to me, it gives extra res and damage %. I like using the mage ally in the ice tree as well =)

at tier 2 Boon will also start to give you some mana regen. that is always a plus. Also I would say take a point into prison and the teleport skill. 1 point in each is fine.

i like magma spear + firestorm combo works good cuz firestorm make them burn and then spear get boost dmg on fire brand

I don't use Death's Bounty at all and do just fine.

Right now (level 19 I think) I am using Pris, Wand Chaos, and Charge Mastery... gonna add Boon at level 21 too.

Im going for a pure firemage with maxing boon and 30% wand chaos from other trees as well. 1 point in the teleport for mobility. My infernal collapse 1 shots 99% of the mobs and is really great when the mobs are grouped up. Lvl 70 atm ng++

I'm not using this either. My boon reduces elemental dmg by 40% and fire armor reduces all dmg by 15% . All the chargers / melee mobs are easy to kite.
