Yesterday i tried the demo and i was hooked.

First i got a couple of questions.

What's the best character to start with?
I will be playing online with a couple other people that have this game, so i wanted to know how full are the servers and are there servers to choose from?

Second, Do you guys have any tips or any valuable information i should know?

And third, I just want to thank you guys in advance for helping me.

The best character really depends on what class from other games you prefered the most. From my point of view the Berserker, Mage and Outlander are the main dps classes and the Engineer could be used for tanking ( allthough Dps char aswell )

I wouldnt suggest starting a Hardcore character since the servers on Internet play might be full of "cheaters", allthough they removed the Console from the Multiplayer so it might be a bit safer nowadays.

Concerning the Server-question there are alot of game sup and running 24/7.

From personal experience the tip is not to rush through everything as youll be eaten alive by higher level monsters compared to yourself. Take the time to clear almost every area in the game to keep a descent level compared to monsters. ( This does not account for me since i, in New Game+ and New Game ++, ran through everything and used the Mapworks for leveling / gearing up. )

Explanation:

New Game + / ++ etc. - When you reach the end of the game ( Like in Diablo II / Diablo III ) you will be able to succeed through the same game but with a higher level of monsters making it harder each time you beat the actuall game.

Mapworks - A place in the last Act of the game where you can buy Maps from a little guy and use them in a machine to be able to enter the maps. Each map contains different Pros / Cons for both you and your enemies in it. Read the description on each map carefully and enjoy the ones with 5% Experience and 10% Magic Find increase. One of these maps are like a Dungeon.
