When ever i change computer my acc doesnt have any characters and i have to start a new one evertime anyone knows the reason for it?

because the other computer doesnt have the same local safe game.

you can try copy paste but some guy postet about lost items this way, not sure

Copy your save file and email it to yourself. Paste it in the proper folder, and voila.
