so, i started a char on a friends computer to test TL2, tried online and leveled a bit...

would i be able to copy the saved char from his computer and paste into the save folder if i bought TL2 from steam? and would i be able to go online with that char?

I'd think that you'd be able to do that yes, but perhaps you should just try it. I mean you love or hate the game after level 10 or something like that, and it doesn't take that long anyways.
