I have reached New Game +4 on my main...so I can't play with friends... its really bothersome.

Once you enter the next difficulty you aren't allowed to go back to previous difficulties on that character, so unless he makes another character to play with them he can't play with them until they get into his difficulty.

Making a new character isnt even a big deal to me. I would just like to tank stuff for them on my main :(
