iam starting to play t2 but which difficult shoult i take??

if i take normal mode can i chose later elite too?

can i find in elite mode better items?

what is the difference , what for a bonus i get if i take elite?

no bonus, just more hp on the monsters, start normal and later you can try other difficulties, gl
