As far as the modding/being flagged thing; the ONLY mod I use in-game (and the only one I used in Torchlight 1) is the same one you use for potions; why? Because it should have been in the game in the first place. I don't sell those potions like you do, but I see it as a good idea that you are. You're helping others out by providing them with something that should be in the game regardless. The other mod or whatever you want to call it I've used it the Rapid Respec thing, which allowed me to jump to other tiers; or back tiers (to NG+, or back from NG+) on my characters to trade with others. I don't consider that cheating either; the things I found while playing those characters are legit; self-found by either me or my crew, and I have no issue with that.
Yes, they don't flag you (the respec potions), but just because something doesn't flag an individual doesn't mean it is, or isn't cheating. I understand what you're getting at here. I personally (and MOST others), feel that they should have been in the game to buy from the vendor for a price; or the current trainer should provide us the ability to do a full re-spec for a price. Why they didn't put that in this time around? I have no idea. Even on Xbox live; you can gift them to your friends on there at any point in time. You send them one; they send you one. That's how it works there; and I don't consider that cheating in any way. There is always a fine-line though, but this does not cross it.
The only thing I had a problem with was, the two of you making the bogus threads selling gold, when really you guys weren't; and teaming up against me for no apparent reason. Those were not friendly Private Messages (well, yours was fine, but your buddy's was not), and that's not how I would conduct business around here.

I myself, do not use any mods and as posted on my trade post.. I won't sell them or any non legit items so don't ask.
Everything I sell is legit in the sense it was dropped by a monster, legit killed without any use of any mods. My items have no flags, and never will. My gold comes from the items my team farms. when you have every boss being ran constantly in every mode.. You get a lot of gold. to-date i have around 12.8 billion.
As to talking to someone in PM, I have talked to no one so keep me out of it. You guys want to mod, you guys want to sell non legit items, go for it. If people want 100% legit items and legit in sense I am not violating the ToS by selling non legit items as legit. They will come to me. To date, we have sold around 3000fg worth of items. which is split three ways. every week. We also sell them on other sites.
