well if it modded then some one must have hacked into hes pc and modded it for him. :-$
he dont even know how to update hes drivers at windows. u really think he can do this^^

Does the item actually boost any of those stats on the character statistic page?

The fact is, my friend looted this modded item without having touched any sort of mods himself, in a server he had created. I'm not stubborn, lying or trolling, that is a fact and that's why I made this thread, to let Runic know this is somehow possible.
