This is generally what people say when they are getting vastly outleveled by people and feel like they're falling behind, implying that those that level up quickly aren't actually enjoying the game, rather just powerleveling through everything, which is almost never the case.
Yeah thats what i figured, and i hate when people say that, as if theres only one way to play, and they're doing it correctly and everybody is doing it wrong. But really they're just not able to keep up with people, and so they're butthurt.
