I just type grandmaster enchanter on google and found this. You are wrong buddy,im in normal game act3 abandonned sawmill and theres a grandmaster enchanter beside me =)

Just sad i have nothing worthy enough to chant =(

is that so? what NG mode does the attribute enchanter, i dont remember its name, maybe boris or sth like that, spawn? i hope it does in NG+4.

Found attribute chanter in normal mode as well. Enchanters spawns very randomly. I spent 90% of my TL2 gaming time in Normal Mode and i can tell you i've seen these enchanters yet :

Ice-Fire-Poison-Electrical (most commons) -Attribute-Socket-Master-Grandmaster-Luck

From my experience, Attribute-Socket-Grandmaster are the hardest to find.
