It wont increase the initial effect of Poison Burst but will stack.. i believe all poisons stack besides Cursed Daggers as far as the damage.

And why at start of the game

low level under 15

when I put some points into Focus , I can t see magic damage up


but I don't remember with what, but with an other outlander I try, maybe with item I don't know, but i see Magic Damage increase when I put Point in focus.

It's a significant difference once you hit an attribute enchanter.
