I have 70% chance to execute and I havn't put one point into focus.

ANYWHO. I'm on NG+4 (close to +5 if it exists), mobs are lvl 120 and finally drop 95+ items all the time.

NG+ mobs are 50-85, and do not drop lvl 99 stuff.
