Them adding the 3 skill respec was their compromise. They are against respecs and I don't see it as a con at all. It's dumb to allow unlimited respecs to a game since it defeats the point of making your char.

They don't want people spamming respecs, the last 3 points lets you try out new skills without losing anything.

EDIT2: Apparently these have to be hacked into the game and then traded off. I'm currently not flagged as a cheater, but I might be if I use it. I don't really know but I'm not risking it.

trust me i wish we had unlimited free respecs, but i also wish i had a million dollars.

just because i dont have a million dollars doesnt mean my life cant be amazing.

until recently, games would make you remake a character if you wanted to try another build. games like d3 and wow(both from blizzard) have made us spoiled. especially d3. it feels really awkward to go from being able to change my build at any moment, to having to actually think about what im doing and PLAN a build.

i fucked up my first char thinking i had full respecs, then i was like "wtf is this, i have to REMAKE SOMETHING????" lol

its a great game, even if we have to remake chars. we all just need to stop being spoiled

It takes like 8 hours to beat the game and another 8 to get to lvl 100... It's not nearly as bad as you make it sound.

What does him talking about respec's have to do with the time frame of leveling? lol..

Because it's not a big deal if you messed up your char since you can relevel it so quickly.

You shouldnt even be able to respec the last 3 points. IMO
