i will its not Hacked
its one of my Friends and trust me hes is not the Hexing Or Hacking type hes not good on pc at all!

so i think Legit but Who knows

It's a mod nothing drops those in game.
Someone must have gave them to him.

Do you actually use those weapons on your guy?

If so why?

I know we both have caster outlanders and I would never use those. Asking your thoughts though, maybe something I am not realizing. Imma post my outlander here on day when I get the time.

They substain some sort of hp because of the Life Leech and overall dps when im using my initial attack.
