Does it give Unique Sets or just Blue Set items? Also is the stuff based on your level or the zone levels?

just used mine...

gives SETS, uniques can be sets it seems.

heads up... the good level 60 items cost 30k gold

Hehe, not looking to get modded gold, in case my char gets flagged as modded in the future, have about 300k atm so I'm debating using it, but only if char level doesn't matter(level 82 atm, wanna be 95ish if it does).

the heck? u r lvl 82 playing this game legit? are u playing on causal or what?

i think char level does matter. i found my boon scroll very early... maybe level 20's. i used it now (level 40) and saw mostly level 50-60 items. It might have to do with which town you use it on and on what game mode (NG+ ++ etc.). just guessing here.

where does the scroll come from

just a unique drop i assume

Ya played veteran through normal and been playing normal in NG+ and NG++, in act 2 NG++ atm.

Edit - Have a pulled rib muscle, and it hurts to breath so I've basically been sitting on my ass all week, nothing better to do than play Torchlight 2
