just wondering, any other regular of this sub still playing? i stopped ages ago it feels like, but still have fond memories of the game...

This is the first reset i've been back for in a few years tbh. Still love the game.

i have played the new ladder for a few days, was pretty fun

I had 3 spells of playing D2:

~99-03
~05-07
~09-11

Haven't played since then, except for a Single player run I started like 2-3 years ago, but I dropped when I got bored by the time I beat nm.

I will always have fond memories of the game, but I don't think I'll ever play it again. The whole level grinding in endless identical runs and item farming concept just doesn't appeal to me anymore. I know that if I gave it a shot, I'd have fun for 1 week, then play it on autopilot for the next 2, then get bored and drop it.

Same for me.

Using my chinese brother now to cover my losses in undead_lords betting threads.

Started on new reset. Got sorc to level 20 on HC, died, put the game down again.

It's tough to find interest again.

Would be sweet to start the next ladder with a new character where everyone is named after the club they support.
