a man who cannot be polite, cannot speak properly and/or dress himself according to the occasion should not be allowed to speak in public, less to be asked about a country that he doesnt want to represent due to him being unable to think as an intelligent person would.

Maradona is completely self destructive. He can't stand not being the center of attention... the more lonely/insecure/depressed he feels, the more he craves being on the spotlight... but at the same time, the pressure/fame/gossip around him that he constantly brings on himself is the main reason he falls into these cycles of depression and drinking/drug abuse.
