We had an issue with one of our refs... We had a free kick inside our own box and took it short...
The ref blew up and said it had to go outside of the box.

Was contested and he said refer to the rule book. Seems stupid to me.

I think a new rule this year is it has to come out of the box like a goal kick. I was confused the first time I saw it on tv
