Tier 1: Real Madrid, Chelsea, Bayern, Psg, Juventus, United, Barca, Atletico, (City)
Tier 2: Napoli, Roma, Both Milan teams, Dortmund, Spurs, Arsenal, Liverpool, Monaco, Sevilla
Tier 3: Benfica, Porto, Sporting CP, Villarreal, Real Sociedad, Leipzig, Fiorentina, Atalanta, Everton, Lyon
Tier 4: Ajax, Spartak Moscow, Zenit, Hertha, Southampton, Bilbao
Tier 5: Anderlecht, Celtic, Olympiacos
Tier 6: Maribor, Apoel, Mainz, Qarabağ

Tier 1 and 2 are solid and I don't think I've missed any teams. Tier 3+ I've included just a general basis of how you can compare.

People are getting confused about tiers and what not, so I thought I'd need to set things straight.
