So, unluckily for Lille, 3 players were injured and Bielsa had to make 3 early substitutions. In the second half, while the score was 0-0, the keeper did this, leaving his teammates down to 10 men and without a keeper.

Bielsa put the striker in goal, but of course with half an hour of game time to go, he conceded, prompting Bielsa to backtrack on his decision and put a CB in goal. Didn't work out too well either, as he conceded another two, making the final result 3-0.

why would the manager use up all 3 subs at 0-0?

Like I said in OP, they were injured, so the substitutions were forced. Awful luck.

In any case, Bielsa is a mad man and even if they hadn't been injured he could have made 3 subs by the 30th minute just because he's that crazy
