I have some things hovering over me like telling me B = shoot or whatever like some tutorial thing just hovering over clogging the screen, I forgot how to turn it off (just reset settings on xbox) can someone remind me?

It's the right one by default.

or turn off the "coach"-setting in general settings somewhere
