i think it was during the city - arsenal match when i heard the commentators talk about the new "threat" that china is to football with the ridiculous wages and transfer fees they are willing to pay and how it's "destroying football" and i was just thinking to myself: are you not aware that currently YOU are the guys who are doing that? buying the best players from all other leagues with your foreign oil money? funny how that goes...

Ofc I would too lmao but.

When you have a successful career running and thats that most good players have and you wanna go even higher, you don't go to china. You go to better european clubs.

China currently is for players who are mediocre and all about the money or players who see the end of their career getting close and want to earn few more millions before its over.
