Its also about respect, And showing Solidarity, It was a fantastic touch from Celtic fans.

If football is about football, Why do we do a minute silence a D-Day? Its a mark of respect.

Israel, a democratic, economically robust and socially liberal country that is surrounded by primitive animals that are hellbent on destroying them.

Israel's policies towards Palestine are atrocious, and it really pisses me off how they get away with it, but these kind of gestures shouldn't be allowed in a football stadium imo.

agreed
can't follow instructions? have all their home european matches (group stage at least) be played behind closed doors for the next 5 times they're in UCL or EL.

Showing the Colours because of whats happening in Israel, It was a mark of respect to what is happening to the poor children and woman over there.

Again, Football is about Respect and Fairplay and Racism etc..
This was Celtic showing there way of respect, In Great Britain we do a minute silence to remember soldiers from the War every year.
If football is just about football why do we do this, Ask yourself this.
It was a fantastic gesture from Celtic and i'm proud to part of what we did.

p.s That will never happen Celtic make UEFA loads of money on Champions League nights, Just watch some of Celtic's home games in Europe.
Best Atmosphere you will ever imagine.

the same way that saudi arabia gets away with it, as long as you're ok with uncle sam and do what he wants, nobody gives a shit what human rights you break. if you oppose them, they will "bring democracy" to you (afghanistan, iraq, libya, syria...)
