Being rumoured to go to us and my first impression of him is that he's a bit of a cunt.

Im not kbk, but imo you have the right impression, not a player i would want to have in the team i rout for

I'm also quite convinced that Icardi is underrated because a lot of people don't realize how bad Inter is, especially at attacking.

Inter scored just 50 goals last season and 59 the season before with Icardi being responsible for 16 + 22 of those goals (he missed a handful of games this season or he probably would've broken 20 goals again 16/29 apps), and his 16 goals came from just 57 shots.

But again, I turn to his personality/character for the whole Wanda saga and I believe that is another thing counted against him and maybe understandably so.

For me, he is very underrated because people don't realize how bad Inter is at creating chances but he's an excellent goal scorer but there are potential character defects

He's another one that isn't really a back to goal striker but with Arsenal creating chances for him I can't see him scoring less than 20. The guy is a monster goal scorer.
If Higuain isn't available, then yeah, probably the best solution but I also don't know if he'll be sold.

I really don't think Inter will sell though, its just Wanda being Wanda

Yeah, it's a lot of money. But sterling went for £50mill. So anywhere near that is okay imo. Lukaku still young, best years ahead of him and plenty of time to improve with a decent manager. Although I think koeman could improve him too.
