everything listed below is just my opinion, and this is how I would treat it:

doesn't matter from your point of view. it's the same thing
bets are for regulation time only (90min). excludes extra time and/or penalty shots
you win only if France wins in regulation time

option one should have 3 bet outcomes (Portugal / Draw / France)
option two (Portugal+0.5 / France -0.5)

in both cases if Portugal wins or it is a Draw, your bets are lost. Hence the +100 odds on both
