He's great for Celta. He has been good for Spain in most games aswell, even though he was bada against Czech Republic (understandable, as he's a player the kind of player that needs space to shine and struggles against bus parking opponents). He'd be a decent backup for a top team, but I don't think he's good enough to be a starter at such a level.
