why does soccer have so many deaths due heart issues?? do they not get the same medical screenings as other sports? or is it just how intense the sport is?

The problem is that these heart conditions the players have can not be tracked trough medical screenings. So at the moment there isn't much to do about it..

why do people put that shit on youtube...it's not only horrible to watch, but if i died in the middle of a football match I wouldn't want the video of it on youtube for the world to see.

The match was on tv, hence everyone could record it.
Dropped on pitch all of a sudden.

Well he had a cardiac arrest; unfortunately no matter what medical screening you have, there is no way to tell when someone is going to have a heart attack. My guess was that it was an R on R phenomenon which is how most younger people die from cardiac arrest. Also, in this particular case, he didnt die on the field. It was due to the ambulance drivers. There were 3 ambulances around the stadium, all 3 had non working defibrillators and expired drugs, which in a case of cardiac death you are supposed to load them with epinephrine; too bad epi doesnt work when its expired, and since they had no way to defib the player, he died later in the hospital.

I read that they are banning the puls ambulance drivers and doing an internal investigation. Truly sad bc the young man didnt have to die. But that is what you get when you play in a third world country.
