well, my bulgarian is a little "rusty" - but didn't the commentator say something about champions league? maybe this is the highest bulgarian league and those are two of their top teams competing for a spot - that's why there is a stream...

It's the lowest league in here the red and black team is Lokomotiv Sofia who used to be in our A Group(top level) but their owner resigned and the team went in debts and punished by the football union to start back from the lowest professional level but then they were banned even from there after failed to cover the taxes for upcoming games security, stadium fees etc. so this must be some amateur level game i am still not sure as i don't follow this team. CSKA is probably the most known bulgarian team and they're playing in 3rd division due to financial problems too. The football in here is pretty much a joke, most of the bulgarian top clubs are in horrible conditions and the full with money Ludogorets is probably the only team that is having potential to put efforts in Champions League/Liga Europa.
