Apparently Pearson one of those being spoken to about taking over. Really hope he doesn't, deserves better than that.

Person should be all over it, if he keeps them up, he's a hero, if not, it wasn't him team, win win for him.

But could you imagine trying to motivate players who week in week out show that they couldn't give a fuck?
