No, they'd be the first club in a top flight league in the UK to have safe standing.
Championship and League 1 & 2 sides have been trying it for years.

Leicester City want to expand the capacity of the King Power Stadium to 42,000, according to a report in Thailand.
City vice-chairman Aiyawatt Srivaddhanaprabha wants to develop the stadium so it can hold an extra 10,000 fans, according to an interview with the Bangkok Post.
There has been speculation the club would expand both the East Stand and possibly the Family Stand once they had established themselves in the Premier League.
City have sold all season tickets for next year's campaign, with 23,000 renewing their seats before they went on general sale.
