playing carreer mode like a boss etc

i started in 4th english division, managed to reach 1st one but i still get a very crappy budget for transfers (<1m) and i cant even pay new contracts.

is this a glitch or it happens on every very low tier team?

It's EA being retarded. They don't care that much about career mode which is a shame. I promoted with Crew Alexandra and had a smaller budget than I had before.
