Ok, so let's say 2 offensive players are attacking vs 1 defender. Said defender falls down. If the player without the ball is behind the ball prior to a pass, is he offsides when the pass comes since he's now in front t of the defender? I would think not, but not 100% sure.

It's never offside if you are behind the ball when the pass begins. Offside can only apply to players that are in front of the ball when the ball is passed.

If you're past every defender, you can still make an offside pass.

yeah, but the guy said behind the ball at the start of the pass, rendering him not offsides.
