Figo's proposals seem like garbage to me tbh.

Expanding the WC to 48 teams and dividing it into 2 phases that would be played in different continents, sin bin, use of technology for fouls and cards, etc.

I hope there's a better alternative, because I honestly wouldn't want someone with those ideas running FIFA.

I really don't see the need to change the WC format, at all..

He promise wants to pull a Platini, promise more spots in the competition so that nations that don't have much of a chance of qualifying will vote for him.

regardless of figo's ideas, blatter's network of bribed (mostly) non european federations is insurmountable for anyone, even the only other serious candidate, van praag...
i don't even know how this is a topic up for discussion, there is no hope whatsoever, this is as fixed as the ballon d'or. but if anyone seriously believes it isn't, i'm willing to take bets again, easy nerdcoins for me...

FIGO is a pig since he joined rael and that pretty much sums it up.

I just hope Luis Faggo doesn't get a single vote. But I think even that wouldn't shrink his overblown ego at all.
