Bale for me - proven he can cut it in Prem, less injury prone, capable of winning the games by himself.

Not an easy choice, I'd say a top fit Reus and Bale are very equal.

I'd take Bale tho, less injury prone and like you said he has proven himself in the BPL

imo Reus is a better player in general, but I don't think he'd be better for Madrid than Bale.
