Fines in Germany are income related if I am not mistaken. Also I read that he was one fine away from jailtime. What a tool.

to the police overall, not the one who found him guilty of driving without legit driving license.

They skip checking his driving license because he's famous. That's wrong.

I've been in about 7 alcohol controles in 2 years. Never had to show my licence. A few in Belgium rest in the Netherlands.

But that's only checks if you're drunk. He's been speeding and got a ticket. You didn't get a ticket, right?
