He doesn't handle finances.

In the worst scenario the guy who does gets the jail time, accountant, father etc.

In case that's the law would be fair, but regrettable.

He had retired, it's different. There'd be a lot of pressure from Messi's club, sponsors, FA, dick riding media, etc... if he's found guilty then I hope he get's jailed, because anyone else would, but I don't see it happening.
