Take a spot away from La Liga or Bundesliga. The top 7 teams in the PL are so strong compared to ANY other league.

The way that some leagues are rewarded for how well a team does rather than the depth of the league is wrong.

Chelsea won the champions league in 2012 (albeit luckily) and teams like Man City will compete in the further stages.

take scotlands play off place and give it to the 5th PL team

or make them play the 5th place PL team to decide who goes into the champions league playoff
