Who do you think ?

For me its definitely liverpool and manchester united.

Liverpool sold potentially the best player in the world then bought a whole load of average players (no stars) i hope they invest before the window shuts for their sake.

Manchester united potentially the biggest club in the world have bought a 12 year old left back and another random from portugal or something... what is the chief exec playing at really ? they need to invest big or those asains will start changing football clubs

Opinions and debate welcome

they have little expectation and a stadium smaller than my local pub team though. Probably will also still finish second in ligue 1 behind psg despite selling stars

Manchester United.

Real Madrid have also dissapointed me... while they've signed some good players, they haven't signed a striker, which was the only thing they really needed to do. Not to mention that they are probably going to sell one of last season's best (if not the best) performing player. They might also sell Khedira, which would leve the DM position in a pretty weak situation if they don't find a replacement.

Man United

Although there is a case for Arsenal or RM.
