On free kick - direct power shot its debatable. On indirect free kick = offside

When David Luis touched the ball there was no offsides call . About 5-10 secs later when Mario yepes scored the offsides was called . Fair or not ?

Once the free kick can be interpreted as a pass it's offside, even it's triggered by the opponent.

If the opponent had intention of passing the ball back then it's not offside.

If it bounced in a head but was not intentionally then it's offside.
