He is indeed very similar to Jordi Alba (they both started of as wingers aswell), but I don't think he will reach Alba's level (although he is young and does have potential).

He should become a good LB, and overall this should be a good signing on the long run.

Valencia fans aren't too worried though. Because they have yet another young LB that looks very promising (Jose Luis Gayá, aged 18) to take his place.

is he a leftback only or can he play rb too? because if he's "only" a lb i doubt he will stand any chance to play when alaba isn't injured...

According to transfermarkt his only positions are just on the left wing, haven't seen him play myself tho.
