kane;'s momentum took him into the defender. the defender just tried to block the shot but stood his ground, didnt move towards kane.

Allow me to disagree, a high tackle to the ball would have been foul in any place on the field. In the penalty area is clearly penalty.

1. it wasnt a high tackle
2. if you look at the replay, he put his foot about knee high, to block it, he was actually nowhere near harry kane, until kane took the shot and his momentum took his foot forward, into the boot of the defender.

I also thought it was not a Penalty but with recent changes, any touch inside the area will be checked twice, especially now that with have BAR and more technology, and that's something the players also know quiet well... In the end all players need to be more careful when defending inside the Penalty Area (For Both teams). In the end though, I think England deserved the WIN and could potentially surprise Spain in the finals.

What difference will it make what opinion you have on the matter? Its done and cannot be changed.
