I wouldn't go that far. Vela is one of the top strikers in La Liga. Gio is a bit inconsistent.

despite what one might think, i don't hate penaldo that much, nor do i like messi that much.

But if i were to pick my ideal team.... between messi and penaldo i'd take messi in a heartbeat.
