Lallana/Sturridge - Alli - Drinkwater - Sterling
Kane

I'd prefer Kane over Vardy because he just has more to offer overall as a striker than Vardy does. From what I've seen Vardy has a great attitude and proper team spirit, so he could still make an impact as a (late) sub.
I also think it wouldn't do England any good to play him out of position just to reward his great season and find him a spot.

Its a relatively young squad and u got nothing to lose imo, since most of the senior players are just past it or not performing anyway.

Kurzawa/Tremoulinas/Varane/Mathieu/Koscielny/Laporte/Evra
Kante/Matuidi/Payet/Poba/Schneiderlin/Coquelin/Mavuba/heck even Ben Arfa lol
Benzema/riezmann/Ribery/Lacazette and some more probably
